We are five diverse and experienced Registered Psychotherapists.

Issues can be worked through in the respectful, safe and confidential therapeutic relationship with a skilled and experienced therapist. A more robust sense of self can be developed leading to increases in self esteem, vitality, connectedness and wellbeing. Resilience can develop where one feels a sense of purpose or meaning, intimacy, wholeness, and belonging.

All therapists belong to professional bodies
and attend regular clinical supervision.
