We are five diverse and experienced Registered Psychotherapists. We have a wide range of life experiences and professional backgrounds. We bring these together to provide expert and confidential therapy for a comprehensive range of personal issues.

Services include short and long term psychotherapy, individual and couple counselling, and professional supervision.

The therapy style is based on the Psychology of the Self and the Conversational Model.
